TopSkillNet keeps clients and experts safe by keeping conversations and payments on the platform.

1. No contact details before booking. Phone numbers, emails, websites, links and social media handles are blocked in requests, offers and messages. They're shared automatically once a booking is paid.
2. Book and pay through TopSkillNet. This protects both sides: clients get refunds if a session doesn't happen, and experts are guaranteed payment.
3. Every request is reviewed. Clients confirm their phone or email, and our team approves each request before experts can see it. Client names are never shown publicly.
4. Be respectful and honest. Accurate profiles, real qualifications, no spam.
